Rules of the Chat Room

The room will show unused and make noise if you don't type.
To view Vance Cam while talking open a new window, (use) CONTROL-N, resize to half screen.
You will see two login windows at this time. Resize so you can see both windows.
Start Vance Cam, in one of the windows.
Then Login to Vance Chat in the other window. Make sure you start the cam first.
Chat logs are accessible to Association members. Have a good time.

Profanity is not allowed in this chat.
You will be banned from this chat by Vance's Webmaster.
