The Ship

Music from the grand piano in the six-story Grand Atrium sets an elegant tone for the Carnival Elation as guests are welcomed aboard for a fun-filled cruise vacation with plenty of activities, entertainment and dining options. Elation's Way, the broad promenade that spans the length of the ship, is a great place for people-watching and fabulous nightlife. Try your luck in the Moroccan-style Casablanca Casino or take in a show in the two-level Mikado Lounge. For music and dancing, stop in at the jazzy art deco-style Duke's Piano Bar or dance the night away in the Jekyll & Hyde Dance Club. Relax and treat yourself to a massage at Spa Carnival, or if you’re a sports enthusiast, visit the City Sports Park where you’ll find a nine-hole mini-golf course, padded jogging track and basketball court. Afterward, take a dip in one of Elation’s two pools. Tiffany's Bar & Grill, which serves everything from pizza and hamburgers to fresh salads and desserts, is a casual alternative to the main dining rooms. This ship also features an adults-only "Serenity" area that offers bar service, ocean vistas and whirlpools for relaxation.
The ship offers many activities: Gym, Comedy shows, Stage shows, Karaoke, Pool Parties, Live Music, Piano Bars and Night clubs which offers hours of fun at no additional cost.

SEA Tours

10-22 Monday:
Progresso, Yucatan, Mexico - Group Tour

Merida is the original port to the Mayan world. Founded by a Spanish conquistador on the site of a former Mayan city, the town is known for its elegant Old World architecture. Sightsee on the Paseo de Montejo, a boulevard fashioned after the Champs Elysees and lined with shops and palatial mansions. Progreso, Merida’s port, is located only 30 kilometers from the city and boasts its own seaside promenade, El Malecon.
While visiting the port of Progress you will have the opportunity of visit one of the "Seven wonders of the World". Chichén Itzá is possibly the most famous temple city of the Mayas, a pre-Columbian civilization that lived in present day Central America. It was the political and religious center of Maya civilization during the period from A.D. 750 to 1200.

10-23 Tuesday:
Cozumel, Mexico - Group Tour

Just off the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula sits the island of Cozumel, draped in lush, tropical vegetation. The reefs that fringe the island beckon divers and snorkelers. The most popular shore excursions include snorkeling on famous Palancar Reef or a beginner's dive at Paraiso Reef. A land tour will provide a nice taste of Mexico -- Cozumel has done much to retain its Mexican character. Tourists also may want to take a short trip inland to visit the great pyramids and temples of the Mayas.
