Sent: Monday, January 28, 2002 4:49 PM Subject: Picture 141 The "9" is probably the USS Davis DD-937, or it might be the Morton DD-948. Davis was in and out of Subic during the period. She was the flagship of the squadron we sailed with from Newport RI to Westpac in 1966. If you look closely you'll see that the "9" is a Forrest Sherman class destroyer. Also, the 1157 is USS Terrell County LST-1157. And, 727 is the DeHaven not the Brush. Brush was 745 I checked the hull numbers and Dick is correct, Joe. Bridge top
