| Comments= Marc Arnheiter and I were in the same battalion at the Naval Academy. He was three years ahead of me and we had one or two interesting encounters. Later, the problems in VANCE and the book brought back memories of Marc's antics at USNA. VANCE was a fine ship and should be remembered for its proud history rather than one unfortunate period.
