Reasons for reading about the Vance= Vance/Naval history
Comments= I personally knew about LCDR Arnheiter, when he served on the CRUDESPAC NINE Staff aboard the GALVESTON. He was a loose cannon when he served on the GAL, and I cannot understand how anybody could ever defend his actions aboard the Vance. LCDR Arnheiter was a promoted because he knew the right people. Unfortunately, they really did not know him, as we did.
