Reasons for reading about the Vance= Vance/Naval history
Comments= Curious about Sheehan's book; what was the final chapter? Did the CO get his day in Court? I'd like to hear from crew members who were in the DER387 during those 99 days.
Our CO was GREAT!! but then we never were exposed to any great dangers. Almost went on the land invasion of the mainland of Japan!
