Comments= Greetings to all my fellow DER sailors, the best damn sailors there ever were! I was on the USS Falgout DER-324 from early '66 to late '68. I saw the Vance in Manila harbor during the famous Arnheiter dictatorship. What stories I heard about him! I have recently built a website, whose URL is listed above, about my time in the Navy.
