Reasons for reading about the Vance= Vance/Naval history
Comments= Hey Folks. I picked up and read Sheehan's book (US Naval Hospital San Diego library) for the second time recently. Some of the stories remind me of my early days as an Ensign in Guam and the PI. Luckily I never had to serve under Capt Arnheiter though.
