Reasons for reading about the Vance= Vance/Naval history, Other
Comments= Comment: LCDR Arnheiter was the Exec on Ingersoll. It was a shock to me that he was given a command. I am truly sorry for those who served under him aboard Vance. I knew sailors who deserted from Ingersoll due to his form of discipline. He belonged in the Navy of the 1800's...or earlier!
